第十二屆Moot Shanghai決賽暨頒獎典禮于3月25日當地時間16:30于線上舉行。典禮公布了賽事個人冠軍、亞軍和季軍、個人優勝獎以及團體冠亞軍。經過歷時5天、全球19個國家和地區的56支隊伍的激烈角逐，美國芝加哥洛約拉大學和新加坡國立大學代表隊脫穎而出晉級決賽。

本屆賽事主辦方是華東政法大學、上海政法學院，聯合主辦方是上海仲裁委員會、上海國際仲裁中心，并得到了上海市律師協會、聯合國國際貿易法委員會亞洲及太平洋區域中心、國際商業模擬仲裁比賽舊生會、香港國際仲裁中心、國際商會仲裁院、新加坡國際仲裁中心、大韓商事仲裁院的支持。達輝、大成、方達、金杜、金茂、天同、匯業、Adaltys、元達溫斯頓、中倫、清律、泰和泰、德恩瑞均是本次活動的合作律所。

總決賽由上海仲裁委員會委員、國際知名仲裁員楊良宜先生（Philip Yang）擔任首席仲裁員，上海國際仲裁中心委員、香港資深大律師王鳴鋒先生（William Wong）和CMS上海辦公室管理合伙人鄔麗福博士（Ulrike Glueck）擔任仲裁員。

經過近兩小時的精彩對決，美國芝加哥洛約拉大學一舉奪魁，成為Moot Shanghai 2022總冠軍。

The 12th Moot Shanghai Finals and Awards Ceremony was held online at 16:30 local time on March 25th. The ceremony announced the Individual Champion, the Runner-up and 2nd Runner-up, Individual Winners and Team Champions and Runners-up. After 5 days of fierce competition, 56 teams from 19 countries and regions around the world, the teams from Loyola University Chicago - School of Law and the National University of Singapore stood out and advanced to the finals. 

Moot Shanghai 2022 is organized by East China University of Political Science and Law and Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, and it is co-organized by Shanghai Arbitration Commission and Shanghai International Arbitration Center. The competition is supported by Shanghai Bar Association，UNCITRAL Regional Center of Asia and Pacific，The Moot Alumni Association，Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC)，ICC International Court of Arbitration，Singapore International Arbitration Centre，the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. Moot Shanghai 2022 is sponsored by DaHui Lawyers, Dentons, Fangda Partners, King & Wood Mallesons, Jin Mao Law Firm, TianTong Law Firm，Hui Ye Law Firm，Adaltys, Yuanda Winston, Zhong Lun Law Firm, TsingLaw Partners, Tahota Law Firm and D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel.

In the final round, Mr. Philip Yang, independent arbitrator and the Member of 7th Shanghai Arbitration Commission governing body and the chairman of SHAC-Academy, served as the presiding arbitrator. Mr. William Wong, senior counsel of Hong Kong and member of Shanghai International Arbitration Center 4th Committee, and Dr. Ulrike Glueck, Managing Partner of CMS Shanghai Office served as co-arbitrators.

After nearly two hours of exciting duel, the teams from Loyola University Chicago - School of Law won the champion of Moot Shanghai 2022.

頒獎典禮以今年Moot Shanghai比賽集錦的短片開始，主持人先后宣布團隊十六強、團隊八強、團隊四強等獎項。隨后，上海市國際貿易促進委員會副會長、上海國際經濟貿易仲裁委員會（上海國際仲裁中心）副主任馬屹博士與上海仲裁委員會常務副主任范銘超博士宣布了個人優勝獎項。決賽評委楊良宜先生與王鳴鋒先生代表決賽仲裁庭為本屆賽事的個人冠亞季軍頒獎。

個人冠軍為來自維也納大學的Silke Schusser；個人亞軍為來自芝加哥洛約拉大學的Camila Kaplunov；個人季軍為來自維也納大學Andra Tofan。華東政法大學副校長張明軍教授揭曉了此次賽事最終的懸念，宣布了本屆賽事的團隊冠軍由美國芝加哥洛約拉大學獲得，新加坡國立大學獲得亞軍。

The award ceremony started with a short video of this year's Moot Shanghai competition. The host announced the team top sixteen, quarter-finalists and semi-finalists respectively. Afterwards, Dr. Ma Yi, Vice Chairman of Council for the Promotion of International Trade Shanghai，Vice Chairman of Shanghai International Arbitration Center, and Dr. Fan Mingchao, Executive Vice President of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission announced the Oralists Honorable Mentions. The tribunal of the Grand Final, Prof Philip Yang and Mr. William Wong SC, presented awards to the Oralist 2nd Runner-up, Runner-up and Champion.  

Silke Schusser from University of Vienna won the Champion and Camila Kaplunov from Loyola University Chicago, Andra Tofan from University of Vienna won the Runner-up and 2nd Runner-up respectively.   Professor Zhang Mingjun, Vice President of East China University of Political Science and Law, announced that the teams from Loyola University Chicago - School of Law won the Champion for Moot Shanghai 2022 and the teams from National University of Singapore won the Runner-up.

頒獎典禮上，華東政法大學校長葉青教授以及上海政法學院校長劉曉紅教授分別致辭。Moot Shanghai作為仲裁領域內具有影響力的活動，一直繼承優秀傳統，力求推陳出新，緊跟時代，聚焦時事，致力于提升大學生在仲裁領域內的法學素養和法律意識。兩位校長在致辭中回顧了本次比賽的歷程，并表達了對此次參賽的同學們的鼓勵，并希望不僅參賽者，所有在讀法學生或者對仲裁感興趣的大學生都能積極學習國際仲裁規則，爭做具有國際視野的涉外法律前沿人才。

During the ceremony, Professor Ye Qing, the President of East China University of Political Science and Law, and Professor Liu Xiaohong, the President of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law delivered remarks respectively. Moot Shanghai, as an influential activity in the field of arbitration, has been inheriting excellent traditions, striving to bring forth the new, keeping up with the times and focusing on current events, and is committed to improving the legal literacy and legal awareness of college students, especially in the field of arbitration. In their speeches, the two principals reviewed the course of the competition and expressed their encouragement to the students who participated in the competition. They hoped that not only the participants, but also all law students or university students who are interested in arbitration could actively learn international arbitration rules and strive to become frontier talents in foreign-related law with an international vision.
